Fat Removal
Grease buildup in Pipes
Grease deposits in the sewage network have been a consistent and ever-increasing problem in the Nordics. The sewage network, pump stations, and treatment plants have had problems with too much fat in the sewage network. These deposits can clog pipes, which reduces capacity, increases risk of a cloggage and wastewater overflows. Grease blockages lead to increased odor and rat problems, leading to worse working conditions and increased operating costs.
Additional Costs: Pipes with increased fat result in increased pump hours, as the inner diameter of the pipe is reduced. This translates to higher energy use and lower efficiency, forcing water and wastewater systems in municipalities to use extra resources to break-up deposits and reduce fat to ensure proper system operation.

As you can see in the photos, we have documented our effect of reducing and decomposing fat in a pump station.
Our Process
Our biocatalysts function by adding specific nutrients into the water which stimulates microbial activity, and by adding saponins, a plant-based metabolite, we can accelerate the decomposition process. These microbes, already exist in water, can decompose and reduce fat in the wastewater system.
Our product is 100% natural. We do not add microbes, bacteria, or fungi. We just add micronutrients.
